This license offers protections under the ZIDA Act (2020) and facilitates access to permits, visas, and approvals via the One Stop Information Services Centre (OSISC). The license is typically issued within seven days.

Foreign executives and employees must secure residence permits and temporary employment permits (TEPs). Key requirements include:

Proof of funds and equipment to be imported.

Visa categories vary based on nationality:
